Guests are also within walking distance of Rock House Resort, one of Providenciales' most stylish oceanfront destinations. It is an excellent option for cocktails, lunch or dinner, with Vita Restaurant and Cave Bar providing a sophisticated nearby alternative when guests feel like stepping out without travelling across the island.

At the heart of Aqualina is a dramatic double-height great room with soaring exposed ceilings and expansive glass doors framing the ocean beyond. Open the doors and the interiors flow effortlessly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space perfectly suited to the Turks and Caicos lifestyle.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for everything from relaxed family breakfasts to private chef dinners, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats ten guests.

Blue Mountain Beach

A short walk down the hillside brings guests to Blue Mountain Beach, a secluded stretch of white sand framed by limestone shoreline. Its clear waters are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking, while the quieter setting makes it a wonderful alternative to the busier beaches of Providenciales.

Kayaks are provided for guests wishing to explore the coastline and the clear waters immediately offshore, where tropical marine life can often be spotted.

UTILITIES

• The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.
• All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (ac). If running the Ac, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
• The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty Us Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee’s card on file at a rate of $0.60 per Kwh.
