Windchaser Villas are the epitome of Caribbean living, blending understated luxury with fantastic facilities and a beautiful location.

The development is comprised of 10 properties of which 3 are part of our vacation rental program and all other properties are private residences.

Bora Villa is a modern 3-bedroom property in the development with a private pool, tropical gardens, and direct access via a private pathway to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Long Bay Beach.

The Space

All villas have air-conditioning throughout, including the four beautiful bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: King bed, air-conditioning, pool/garden view
Bedroom 2: King bed or two twin beds, air-conditioning, pool/garden view
Bedroom 3: King bed or two twin beds, air-conditioning, pool/garden view, attached private suite with kitchen
There are two pull-out couches providing a supplementary sleeping option for children under 12 years old

The property also has 2 side suites above the garden view bedrooms providing additional living/office space or an additional sofa bedroom.

In addition, the guest has access to the shared tennis court in the development.

UTILITIES

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee’s card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Beach and Shoreline ConditionsAs with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year. Seasonal sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, with conditions influenced by weather patterns and ocean currents.

House Rules

Smoking, including E-cigarettes and Shisha Pipes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any breach of this rule will result in an immediate request for guests to vacate the villa without a refund. A penalty fee of $2,000 will also be charged for deep cleaning and shampoo of all soft furnishings.
Hosting parties and events on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction.
The Guest is not permitted to move or remove any furniture on the property. This includes indoor & outdoor sofa cushions, which are to remain fixed to the furniture.
To ensure a comfortable stay, Lessee is encouraged to keep sliding doors closed to prevent bugs from entering the Villa.
The Guest is reminded to use only plastic cups and dishes around the pool deck and outdoor dining area.
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to respectful levels.
Due to the septic system, the Guest must only flush toilet paper. Sanitary wipes and female products should not be flushed to prevent plumbing issues.
For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire) please immediately call 911.
- Do not delay if you feel an emergency situation has arisen. State your location as the address on the front page of this guidebook.
- In case of a fire, find the nearest exit point as quickly as possible. Ensure that all persons are accounted for.
- Dial 911 and ask for ‘FIRE’.
- State your location (see the front page of this book).
- Do not attempt to re-enter the building until a Fire Officer states that it is safe to do so.
